THE TOUR

Welcome to Glenalmond,

a full, seven days a week co-educational boarding school, with the time and the means to deliver a complete education, balancing serious academic work with an extensive range of creative, sporting, social and adventure activities.

We are a caring and happy community, enjoying 300-acres of Perthshire countryside bounded to the north by the River Almond, at the foot of the Highlands yet close to the city of Perth and only an hour by road from the centres and airports of Edinburgh and Glasgow. Our pupils grow up together in a beautiful, secure and stimulating environment, developing confidence for life beyond school.

Day-to-day we set great store by the timeless qualities that have their roots firmly in the British tradition: courtesy, honesty, integrity, modesty and a respect for others are values that we uphold in all that we aim to achieve. Life is busy at Glenalmond and opportunities abound across a very broad spectrum: here, everyone gets involved and everyone has the chance to excel.

I hope you enjoy exploring our website and that you will be inspired by what you see to request our prospectus. Of course, the best way to understand fully the quality of the atmosphere at Glenalmond - and all that we offer - is to experience it for yourself; we look forward very much to welcoming you when you visit us personally. To arrange your visit to Glenalmond please contact the School's Registrar, on (0044) (0)1738 842056
