CONSERVATION

The Conservation Group meets on Wednesday afternoons as part of the wider community service activities. Over the last eight years it has worked on the College estate and in woodland projects from Dundee to Stirling. Its activities include building and repairing footpaths, building bridges, clearing fallen trees, planting and protecting seedlings in the College woodlands and hedgerows (with the necessary aftercare), clearing drainage lines and much more. The group is currently involved in an ambitious programme to clear CONSERVATION2invasive species from the Cairnies Wood.
