Soul Space meets every Tuesday at 5pm in the home of a member of staff, currently Mr Mike Allnutt of the Maths Department, with the support of the Chaplain. Pupils are offered a cup of tea and cake before settling down to a time of worship using a range of worship songs and choruses. A time of open prayer follows, in which pupils pray aloud or silently for the needs of the world, the College and their own personal circumstances. Each meeting ends by studying a Bible passage and relating its meaning to contemporary circumstances. The teaching is not prescriptive and is often led by the pupils themselves. Most are committed Christians, others are enquiring about Christian faith, but all are welcome. It is a time and space for friendship and fellowship, a time for enjoying each other's company and spending time with God.
