Hockey is the major sport for girls in the Michaelmas Term and it continues to grow from strength to strength with the fixture list ever expanding.

The junior years (2nd, 3rd & 4th) are coached three times a week with the matches for U15 A & B, U14 A & B played on  Saturdays. Our aim is to inspire our pupils to develop a sense of drive and ambition and a hunger to succeed, resulting in excellence where appropriate.

At senior level (5th & 6th form) hockey is optional and the number of pupils taking part speaks volumes; 5 senior teams on a block fixture day. We are immensely proud of our tradition and success in hockey and we continue to expect the highest of standards from our pupils on the sporting field.
