Glenalmond College is seeking to recruit a Finance Officer. This is a fixed term post for 6 months, but may be extended. Hours are Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.00 hrs = 35 hours per week.
The Finance Officer will interact with pupils, parents, staff, and contractors. The post holder will take responsibility for the maintenance of the purchase ledger and payments from parents on the billing (sales) ledger. Working within a small team of four, they are expected to share knowledge, provide support and cover for other team members’ areas of work. Experience of working with accountancy software as well as the Microsoft package is essential. Excellent communication skills, along with numeracy and accuracy skills are of prime importance as is the ability to be flexible.
Salary is based on experience. The closing date for applications is 5 April 2017.

College Minibus Driver
Glenalmond College, is seeking to recruit a Part Time Transport Driver. This post will be a minimum of 15 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, however flexibility will be required and additional hours may be available. The post holder is expected to work during Term Times which equate to 32 weeks per year.
The successful applicant must have a full, clean Driver’s Licence with D1 essential. Good organisational and people skills are also required.
