Teaching Staff Vacancies

Part-time Teacher of Art 

A part-time teacher of Art is required for September 2017 (initially for one year).  Candidates should be practitioners in painting, 3-dimensional work or other Fine Art practices and will have the capacity to teach pupils to advanced level. Speciality in digital medium, ceramic, print-making or any design work will be welcomed but not essential. Manciple (Caretaker) 

The overall purpose of the role is to ensure all College property is available for staff and pupils at all times and to provide assistance in the broader caretaking service delivery.  The incumbent will be required to deal with everything from unlocking a door to driving a minibus.  The successful candidate will work within a small team that covers the College 24/7 and involves working on a varied three-week shift pattern; with one week being resident on site (accommodation provided for this duty). The successful candidate will preferably have experience in a similar type role, be motivated with a flexible attitude.  Salary is based on experience and training will be given in all aspects of the role. Part-time Transport Driver

This post will be a minimum of 15 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, however flexibility will be required and additional hours may be available.  The post holder must be in possession of a D1 licence.  The position is Term Time only (circa 32 weeks per year).
