Summer residential and non-residential golf camps.
The Glenalmond Golf Programme has been designed by a Level III PGA professional with a specific background in junior golf and performance coaching. The programme enables any age and stage of golfer to enhance their skill set through a fun and structured development program.
Whether hitting the ball for the first time or preparing for tournament golf, each pupil will embark on a programme of learning which is tailor made for them. This will be done through specific data worksheets, grading and testing applicable to their level and expert coaching. Each pupil will learn about their swing and movement, how to practice and perform and how to gain a growth mindset to see development as a quantifiable driving force. This inspirational style of learning will take place at our on site facilities.
During the introduction on day one, students will be given their course material which has been specifically desgined to meet their personal requirements. As the week progresses all students ill be inspired to improve.
players will be profiled and assessed by the golf professionals. The professionals will then create an individual programme catered for the participant’s needs including mechanical movement using video profiling. A daily programme will cover specific swing analysis using long and short irons, driving and short game play.
Glenalmond College offers an outstanding setting for golf coaching. The school has a James Braid nine hole golf course within its 300 acre campus giving ample opportunity for extensive coaching and practice during the week-long course. The course will include competitions to give match experience.
The programme price includes all expert professional golf tuition and meals. It also includes the cost of playing on one of the many links courses located within 20 miles of the school.
