A-Level results continue to improve at Glenalmond.
Glenalmond pupils have secured excellent results in their A-Levels this year. This was the first cohort of pupils to sit the reformed, linear A-Level exams. Overall the results were very encouraging.
All pupils at Glenalmond College are presented for A-Levels; 39.1% of pupils received grades A*-A (compared with 26.6% last year) a result which compares favourably against the national average of 26.3%. In total, 12% of our pupils received all A or A* grades with one pupil achieving an outstanding four A* grades. The percentage of pupils gaining grades A*-C was 84.9% (up from 79.2% last year). The overall pass rate for this academic year was 98.1% (up from 97.5% last year).
