Chromebooks form part of new digital strategy
We were delighted to see the first group of pupils in the Library utilising 10 new Chromebooks which were purchased, along with a charging station, by our Modern Languages and IT Departments.
Since its opening in 1906 as a memorial to eleven OGs killed in the Boer War, pupils have been inspired to read and study in our wonderful Library. Now we are opening this beautiful building still further by enabling classes to be taught in the downstairs reading room and for our expert librarians to support teachers and pupils in research by helping them to include both written and online texts.
This change comes as part of the College's bigger picture on digital strategy, where we have invested significantly in our digital technology over the past twelve months, and have plans to continue this further over the next twelve months and beyond.
