Carmen, pictured here with her pony Charlie at the trials on Sunday, will be a member of the team competiting at the Royal Windsor Horse Show over four days.

Carmen, who is in our Third Form and a member of Strathearn Pony Club, will travel south with the rest of the Scottish team on June 28th, to take part in the prestigious competition.

This year's event will be particularly poignant as HRH The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh KG KT, was its president. The Duke was integral to the development of the Show since he became President in 1991.

At the horse show he never missed the Pony Club Games final. He created The Prince Philip Pony Club Games and the nations' competition at Windsor was a highlight, demonstratating his interest in youth development.

Congratulations to Carmen from all at Glenalmond and good luck with all your training in the coming weeks!
