Glenalmond College offers an extraordinary education. Our pupils receive the highest standard of academic teaching, as well as participating in a wide range of sports and other activities - all this in one of the most beautiful locations in the world.
Fees for the 2021/22 academic year are as follows:
Our fees include all boarding and laundry charges (if applicable), tuition, games, Medical Centre access, Sports Centre use, library, lectures and some entertainment. Some variable expenses, and certain optional extras including music lessons, are charged on the school account.
We review our fees annually and these are subject to increase from time to time. Fees for the new academic year are set in the June of the preceeding term.

Visa
There is no additional fee for pupils requiring a visa, but this must be processed through our Admissions team and we currently engage Newland Chase for specialist support.
Fees are payable in advance on the last working day before the start of each term. Each term’s fee bill includes the fee for the following term, along with any extras for the preceding term.

Flywire We offer Flywire as a way to conveniently settle international transactions. Payments are made online in your own currency through the following link: glenalmondcollege.flywire.com
BACS Transfers Bank details will be included on the email that your fee bill is attached to, or you can contact the accounts@glenalmondcollege.co.uk and we can provide those for you.
Direct Debits Fees can be paid in 10 equal installments at the beginning of each month from September - June. These are only possible if you have a UK Bank Account. If you would like to set this up, please request a Direct Debit Mandate form accounts@glenalmondcollege.co.uk.
SIBLING POLICY
Our sibling discount policy recognises the burden of fees for more than one child at a time and is applied as follows when there are two or more siblings in attendance at the same time:
5% remission on the second sibling
20% remission on the third sibling
50% remission on the fourth (or more) sibling
ARMED FORCES AND SERVING CLERGY
Financial assistance is provided for serving members of the Armed Forces and members of the Clergy, both attracting an automatic 10% remission on fees.
FREE LOCAL TRANSPORT
We are pleased to provide the families of our day pupils with the convenience of free transport to and from school. The routes covered by our fleet of modern, comfortable minibuses varies each year, according to the location of pupils and the logistics of servicing the local area. More information n our day pupil transport is available here. The times and routes available for our 2021/22 academic year will be published during the summer.
The day fee also includes: all meals during the normal school day, Monday to Saturday, with an evening meal on Wednesday; Games and activities expenses; membership of CCF; and textbooks and basic stationery.

DAY PUPIL OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATION
Day pupils may stay in the boarding house overnight if wished at a cost of £50.00 per night. Please contact the Head of Admissions for full details.
We do not charge the £50 overnight fee for day pupils as follows:
Please note that any overnight charge exceptions that occur on a Saturday will require the pupils to be collected from the College after Chapel on Sunday. No day pupil buses run on Sunday.
